What should a doctor be?

A doctor should be someone whom you can say anything to without judgement, in a safe and caring environment where your concerns are actively listened to and where you feel validated.

A doctor should always have your best interests at heart, and be wholly invested in your care and outcome.

A doctor should always have your back, be your advocate.

I will always strive to be that doctor.
